Hi Jason, We never see such issue before, it is hard to know just from a picture. Please provide more information: 1. Is it easy to reproduce ? Which YouTube live channel does user watch ? How often or how long this issue will happen ? 2. If the issue recover automatically ? Is it ok if user press back and watch that channel again ? 3. There is "Stats for nerds" icon on YouTube, please also provide codec information. Thanks ! |

HI Kerwin. I only feedback one comment from SKB voc. this issue easily reproduce on " 영락교회 생방송". this channel is for church live streaming channel. you can see search "영락교회 생방송" . please see compare two picture. (youtube_STB.jpg and church_pc_youtubue.JPG) a screen shot on STB is abnormal. I think skb user said like this symptom. see main.log church_pc_youtubue.JPG (72,532 bytes) |

Hi Jason P. Because YouTube is Google's application and it utilizes standard Android APIs to play video. I think the owner for this issue shall be Amlogic and Google YouTube team. Please have Amlogic to investigate it first. BTW, could you help to check YouTube App version in Android 9 and 10 separately? |

hi jacky chaniang This meet in Channel A(채널a) live streaming. as your request, it share information for you. android P : YouTube version 2.10.13 android Q : 2.12.08 A skb user in android p can upgrade YouTube version automatically or guide to upgrade youtube latest version. if it is yes, I think skb user can accept it. is this related to YouTube version or Android OS ? |

hi jacky I upgrade youtube version in play store. I don't find a same issue in TV Chosun(TV조선) live streaming. a updated YouTube version is 2.12.08. |

Hi Jason, The default setting of automatically app update is turned on in Google play store app. So I think maybe this issue was resolved by new version of YouTube app or encoder issue in YouTube server side. As you mentioned, the latest YouTube App version is 2.12.18. |

Hi jacky skb service team reported same issue after update as 2.12.08 in playstore in android p smart3. youtube lates version is 2.12.18 or 2.12.08 ? let me know if this problem is related to AML or google, how can ask it to google or AML about this issue. |

Hi Jacky Chiang, We still have issues from VoC. I can see it easily following realtime broadcasting. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrKq4o7yMyc I attached log file. You can search with keyword "채널a" Could you issue up to AML in your side if it should be checked by AML ? I will ask to review this issue in AML-Korea too. |

Hi Mr. Yoon, We can't see this realtime video in YouTube app because we see the error "This video is private". But I think it shall be geolocation block. I will forward this issue to Amlogic-Taiwan guys and they shall contact Amlogic-Korea to check it. |
